Changes in Flight Landing Time

Airportcars24hrs monitors flight landing times to ensure seamless service. There is no additional charge for flight delays. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your pick-up time will be adjusted accordingly. Should you require extra time for baggage reclaim, immigration, etc., you can request it in the Airportcars24hrs booking form (e.g., meet the driver 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes after the flight's landing time).

Child Seat Types

For the safety of children, we provide child seats in our Estate, MPV-4, MPV-6, MPV-7, and MPV-8 vehicles. These must be requested at the time of booking. We offer three types of child seats:
Infant seat: Suitable for children weighing 10-13 kg, typically 6 to 15 months old.
Child seat: Suitable for children weighing 9-18 kg, typically 9 months to 4 years old.
Booster seat: Suitable for children weighing 15-25 kg, typically 4 to 11 years old.

Child Seat

We offer FREE child seats in our MPV-5, MPV-7, and MPV-8 vehicles. Alternatively, for any vehicle type, you are welcome to bring your own child seats, provided the vehicle can accommodate your luggage, child seats, and passengers. Please remember to take your child seats with you at the end of the journey. According to UK law, taxis and private hire vehicles, such as minicabs, are not required to provide child seats. Guaranteed Pickups

Since 2023, we have introduced a new benefit called GUARANTEED PICKUPS. This ensures that our loyal customers can rest easy, knowing that Airportcars24hrs guarantees to be there for all their airport transportation needs.
